Drive Sales Excellence From the Inside Out

As an Internal Sales Specialist, you are the key point of contact for customers and colleagues from internal departments. You are responsible for the full range of daily activities to support our external sales department  – including handling incoming inquiries, preparing and following up on quotations, processing orders, providing product advice, and settlement of administrative complaints. You ensure accurate data registration of our assortment, communicate clearly about delivery times, and support the smooth coordination of the order process from start to finish. You work closely with our sales reps and support and supplement them where necessary. Together you manage a customer portfolio

You’ll be part of a small and collaborative team consisting of four colleagues in Internal Sales and one Data Analyst. The team works in a hybrid setup. We are ideally looking for someone full-time, but we are also open to candidates who are available at least three days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you take full ownership of incoming requests of colleagues and customers. You provide timely and accurate responses by email and phone, prepare offers, follow up on quotes, handle complaints and ensure all orders are processed efficiently. You advise customers on product availability, delivery times, and specifications, and you act as a connector between the customer and internal departments. You also contribute to improving internal processes to support better service and efficiency.

We’re looking for someone who is both the central point of contact for our team and a versatile administrative professional who can easily juggle multiple responsibilities. Someone who is customer-oriented, solution-focused, and a strong communicator. You understand the needs of customers and can anticipate practical questions and challenges. Affinity with technical products is a plus. You enjoy working in a structured and accurate way, take ownership of your tasks, and are a supportive and proactive team player. To succeed in this role, you must be able to communicate effectively in Dutch

Tools & Technology You’ll Work With

You’ll use ERP and CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), and internal tools for order handling and product data management. Training is provided where needed.
