Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Manager (fulltime)

In the role of Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Manager, you are part of the European Coordination Center, reporting to the CFO and closely collaborating with Group Controlling, the Capability Lead Digital & Management information as well as the various business areas.
In this role, you will be accountable for

• The creation (with support of the Capability Lead Digital & Management Information and
  Group Controller) of a BI and data strategy and roadmap
• The change management for the implementation of the roadmap
• Acting as scrum master of the overall portfolio and managing the execution of the BI and Data Portfolio
• The development and management of the team with accountability for team and organization
• Coaching junior\experienced Information and Data analysts
• Leading mediator and bigger projects within Walraven
• Developing the data architecture role
• Acting as bridge builder with the business to transfer data into information
• Securing agreed governance

Location: any main European Walraven location, but preferred in Mijdrecht, the Netherlands.

What makes you our ideal candidate?

You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, 2-3 years of professional experience in an international manufacturing environment, excellent knowledge of databases, statistics applications, spreadsheets and logistics programs and knowledge of data modelling and information management. A can-do attitude, self-starting and being proactive are prerequisites for being successful in this role, as well as being a team player with coaching skills.
