The alternative for hot dip galvanising
The products falling under the Walraven BIS UltraProtect® 1000 system have high corrosion resistance. Effortlessly, they withstand a salt spray test of at least 1000 hours (according to ISO 9227), whereas hot dip galvanised products withstand up to 300-600 hours.
Despite a relatively thin protective layer, the corrosion resistance is high. The products from the Walraven BIS UltraProtect® 1000 system not only feel smooth and have a beautiful finish, they also look optically attractive. An additional advantage of the relatively thin protective layer is that products with threaded holes or rods are also well protected against corrosion.

The Walraven BIS UltraProtect® 1000 system includes products for fixing pipes and air ducts and various products for making load-bearing rail constructions, such as solar panels and air-conditioning systems.
