We are pleased to announce Ditmar Koster’s appointment as our new Chief Executive Officer, effective 17 February 2025. This appointment marks a significant milestone as we embark on a crucial phase to lead our company into a new era of sustainable growth.
Ditmar brings extensive (international) experience leading change and building result-driven teams in family and listed companies. Known for his no-nonsense and people-oriented leadership style, Ditmar is set to guide Walraven through this exciting period of development.

Ditmar will take over the CEO position from Co-CEOs Pelle van Walraven and Frank Nijdam. Pelle van Walraven, Co-CEO, part of the executive team and 4th generation leader of this family-owned business, expressed his enthusiasm: “We are thrilled to welcome Ditmar Koster to the Walraven family.
