Introducing the new Walraven HD500 Black

In our continuing mission to create smart and simple solutions – we are excited to expand our range of heavy duty clamps to include the new Walraven HD500 Black clamp with a new epoxy powder coating.

This super-smart new product offers a durable and cost-effective solution for supporting stainless steel pipes, including fire mains, in key diameters ranging from 12 to 116 mm.
The black powder coating, with a minimum thickness of 60 µm, effectively prevents contact corrosion between the stainless steel pipe and the carbon steel clamp.
The Walraven HD500 Black is also part of our BIS UltraProtect® range which means it proudly withstands a minimum of a 1,000 hours salt spray test (max. 5% red rust) according to ISO 9227.
